Our Policy
1. Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed after a RM100 booking fee is paid.
The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
Full payment must be made 2 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will result in the deposit being forfeited.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
3. Capacity and Usage
Maximum capacity: 15 people
Additional guests are not allowed without the owner’s permission.
The homestay is for accommodation purposes only and cannot be used for parties or large events.
4. Cleanliness and Care
Guests are required to maintain the cleanliness of the homestay during their stay.
Any damages or missing items will incur replacement costs.
Pets are not allowed.
5. Safety and Local Regulations
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The owner is not liable for any losses.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house and is only allowed in designated areas (corridor).
Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
6. Restrictions
Dangerous items such as drugs, firearms, or flammable substances are not allowed.
Loud noises that disturb neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM, are not permitted.
7. Provided Facilities
Facilities such as air conditioning, kitchen appliances, and electrical devices are provided for reasonable use.
Guests are required to switch off lights, air conditioning, and electrical devices when not in use.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any issues or complaints can be reported to the owner and will be resolved amicably.
9. Refund of Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to a homestay inspection.
10. Terms Modifications
The owner reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice, subject to mutual agreement.
11. Additional Notes
All guests are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions upon booking.
